Pipeline (user-facing)

1. Upload two portraits or one duo photo.

2. Choose a stage: Orange Booth, Marble Lobby, Neon Studio, Rooftop Night, Graffiti Alley, House Party.

3. Optional topic (≤180 characters) — birthday, best friends, roast, custom.

4. Set model, resolution (480p/720p), duration (5/10/15s), aspect (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), rap language.

5. Confirm permission for both people, create, download MP4.

The system generates new vocals and a beat; it is not a face-swap onto an existing music video.

Operational tips for demos

When you demo the product on a call, generate one Standard take live with volunteer photos that you already cleared for consent. Have a Flagship keeper pre-rendered as backup in case the network hiccups. Never surprise a meeting participant by uploading their face without a prior yes.

For hackathon booths, print a tiny QR to nxairapvideo.com and a second QR to the hotel lobby guide. People remember the marble look; they need the URL later.

If you publish derivative tutorials, link the live app rather than hotlinking generated MP4s you do not own the performers' rights to redistribute.

Changelog hook

When stages or language support change, update this card's stage table and language bullet first. Stale docs cause bad generations faster than bad models do.
